Platform Rules & Regulations

Vertex upholds the highest standards of integrity, safety, and mutual respect. These terms apply unconditionally to all students, Experts, and platform participants.

Mandatory Zoom Entry Rule for Students

Students must join the Zoom meeting using the exact same name/username registered on the website. Participants joining with an unrecognized or anonymous name will not be permitted to enter the session, and no refunds will be issued for non-admittance resulting from unverified identity.

Student Code of Conduct

Rules for learners & attendees

Professionalism: Be respectful, courteous, and constructive during live discussions and Q&A boards.

Punctuality: Join masterclasses on time. Live sessions will commence promptly at the scheduled hour.

Payment Deadlines: Complete Razorpay fee settlement at least 2 days prior to the session date once the session is confirmed.

No Recording: Do not record, screen-capture, or redistribute masterclass content without explicit written consent.

No Private Solicitation: Do not privately contact Experts using personal details obtained through the platform.

No Direct Payments: Never make offline or direct payments to Experts. All transactions must be processed via Razorpay.

No Link Sharing: Do not distribute Zoom credentials to unregistered third parties.

Expert Code of Conduct

Rules for approved Experts

Authenticity: Provide genuine credentials, resume, and experience verifications during onboarding.

Curriculum Delivery: Conduct the masterclass according to approved learning outcomes and scheduled duration.

Strict Meeting Link Policy: Experts are not permitted to independently create or share meeting links with students. Meeting details are generated and distributed solely through the authorized admin operations process.

No Student Solicitation: Do not harvest student contact details, solicit private gigs, or divert attendees away from the platform.

No Direct Payout Requests: Do not request direct payments from students under any circumstances.

No Unauthorized Content: Do not distribute proprietary or copyrighted materials without appropriate authorization.

Cancellation & 100% Refund Policy

Guaranteed buyer protection

If a masterclass does not achieve the required student quorum, or is cancelled by the administration or Expert for any unforeseen reason after you have successfully completed payment, your full eligible payment will be automatically refunded through Razorpay to your original payment method.

Bank Settlement Timeline: The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect on your card or bank statement typically ranges between 5 to 7 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing cycle. A Razorpay Refund Reference ID will be dispatched to your registered email address upon cancellation.
